I've started writing a fic with this pairing that takes place during the first book and the last season of Smallville. Problem is Peeta is 16 and Chloe is mid 20's. Any thoughts on getting around this issue?
A little background- Chloe is teleported into District 12 right before the reaping by a magic stone
